Incurrent Consumer Card

The Online Resources Consumer Card Account, Statement, and Transaction Inquiry module gives your cardmembers online access to key information about their accounts.

With this product, cardmembers can proactively go online, log-on and view up-to-date Account Summaries, Statement Information, Transactions and Cardmember Reports. With an easy registration
process, and expertly designed user interfaces, your cardmembers will embrace this self-service model and take advantage of the extra benefits the Online Resources Consumer Card service can provide. Not only will you decrease the time these cardmembers spend on the phone with your contact agents, but they will also appreciate the ability to organize transactions by expense category, add personal memos, and download transaction information into applications such as Quicken®, Microsoft® Money, and more.

Account Summary Page
The Account Summary page serves as the Welcome Page for the product, once the enrolled cardmember has logged-in. It includes high-level Account, Payment and recent Transaction details, including rewards summary information.

Statement Information
Cardmembers can easily review their web statements, including past history. e-Statements are also available as an option.

Transactions and Cardmember Reports
Cardmembers can view, organize, and annotate historical transactions. Your cardmembers can also add expense categories, and download their transactions to popular applications such as Quicken and Microsoft Money.

Alerts
Cardmembers can request that a full range of alerts be delivered to their email address - in HTML or simple text format. Multiple variations of credit limit and balance level alerts are available, as well as alerts concerning when new statements are online, credits or payments have posted, and when a posted item exceeds a specified amount. Cardmembers can even set up their own personal alerts and set a date when they want to be notified.
